Also did you stream the audio, it should only fall out of sync if you have the audio as an event.

I just have the audio track up in the top of the time line. Is that what is bogging down the framerate? Sadly when it comes to all the really technical stuff in Flash, I am clueless, so if you have any tips and techs on how I can speed it up, I'm all ears!

I see what you were going for here, and i just dont think tweens are what you need, you need some hardcore frame by frame stuff man!

I think if you did that this would be MILLIONS of times better

You not liking the music is your choice, therefore, you do not have to like the music. However, not liking the music does not mean you don't like the animation and vice versa. Plus, animating is okay, and creating music is fun for me, not all the songs by AQUAvine are like the one you heard.
