But they wouldnt know exactly what color was, so how would they explain it?
Their brain is still capable of visual imagery, they are just incapable of input from the eyes. Probably about how they think the world may look like.
Go out and ask a blind person.
Well it probably depends.
If they have been blind since birth they dream about what it would be like to see.
Probably have wild imaginations of what people look like.
Now if they have become blind they just dream of seeing things from the past.
......Right?

Still kinda confused as to whether or not they would know any colors, and even if they did, what if they can only know of a few? How would they describe to you what colors they see in their dreams?
Like some other people said, it depends if they were blind from birth. If not, they might still have colour and images. Though if they born blind they wouldn't have ever seen a colour so it would maybe be... a radio show or some sort?
If they were born blind, they dream in every sense but sight. If they were fine when they were born but were blinded later in life, they still dream with sight.
